Birds:
You MUST make arrangements first either with the courieror for collection in person.
Birds can be sent to any UK mainland address by courier. We recommend Tony Jolliffe – tel: 01795 425940. Buyers may collect the birds in person or should make the relevant arrangements with the courier.
Hatching Eggs:
Fertility is monitored closely to ensure high standards are maintained.Eggs are not sold unless fertility is sufficiently high.
These are hatching eggs and although we have great success at home hatching these eggs, we cannot guarantee you or anyone else success. There are far too many outside factors involved that are completely out of our hands, and may affect the hatchability of shipped eggs.
We do our best to provide you with the freshest hatching eggs possible. Eggs are generally collected on the same day they are posted, wherever possible. We pack them extremely well and send them in a reasonable and timely fashion. However, our responsibility for the eggs ends when we post them.
No refund or free replacements will be givenfor any damaged or unhatched eggs!
